DreamVizion CEO Michael Scherer will be releasing his debut smooth jazz CD entitled “Exceeding Expectations” on Saturday June 27 at the Lincoln Theatre in Downtown Decatur, IL. Slap Down – the recently finished independent film from GoBro Film Productions is currently in the runnings to be debuted at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival! DreamVizion Productions scored the music for the film, and DV CEO Michael Scherer was cast in the movie as the piano player and assistant to the mob boss! Slap Down is also in the runnings to be viewed at 15 other international film festivals in 2010.

DreamVizion has signed on with GoBro Film Productions to score the music to their full length motion picture entitled Slap Down. Slap Down is an action comedy that is set to be filmed in Decatur, Illinois. This is DreamVizion’s first full length motion picture to score, and the styles of music to be included in the film are: classical orchestra, disco, electronica and asian/ethnic themed grooves.

The article highlighted Scherer’s company and his desire for entrepreneurship training at the high school level.
